We were not the top bid, but Grace advised us to bid for the property "as is". Because the seller did not want to make improvements, we got the home we wanted. In the end, we learned a lot from Grace, and the property we ending up getting was better that the two that we did not get. We felt that Grace was a good advisor and did not push us to bid out of our comfort zone.
